Yes, as long as the item meets the criteria in our Returns Policy. If your gift recipient would like to return an item, we can issue a store credit or process an exchange. To initiate a return as a gift recipient, please submit a return request form.

You can purchase E-Gift cards on our website here. These will be delivered by email directly to your email address. You can then print out or forward them to your gift recipient.

Unfortunately we don't have an in-store pick up option. All of our orders will be delivered by post or courier only.
