Domestic Shipping: Free standard shipping Australia wide on all orders or $10 AUD for Express. (more details)

International Shipping: Free shipping on orders over $100 AUD. $15 AUD flat rate otherwise. (more details)

Orders within Australia can take from 2-6 business days for standard shipping or 1-3 business days for express shipping. Please refer to our domestic shipping policy for more details.

International orders can take from 3 - 14 business days depending on your location. Please refer to our international shipping policy for more details.

We use Australia Post for all of our domestic and international parcels. 

For international orders, once packages arrive in country, they are passed onto the local postal service for final delivery.

You should receive tracking emails from Australia Post once your order has been dispatched.

These emails may take up to 24 hours from when your shipping confirmation is received to appear in your inbox. However, they may end up in your spam folder. If you're unable to locate your shipping notification emails in your spam folder or emails, please let us know at: contact@sitandwonder.com.au


We will happily accept any change of mind returns for a full refund of the purchase price paid, if they meet the following conditions:

- Items are in unworn and unused condition

- You notify us within 14 days of receiving your order

- Items are not pierced earrings or bought marked down on sale.

Please note: If shipping was paid on your original order, this amount will not be refunded. The customer is responsible for paying return shipping costs but may be eligible for reimbursement from PayPal under their Refunded Returns Program.

Tarnish or oxidation is a completely normal reaction caused by the metals in your jewellery being in contact with moisture, air and the pH levels in your skin and sweat.

Firstly, this is completely normal and 100% reversible.

A lot of people don't know this but all solid gold and silver jewellery can tarnish - except for pure 24k gold and pure silver. This is because pure gold and silver is too soft to make into jewellery, so we mix them with other metals to make them harder. Sometimes these 'other metals' can react to our environment causing a thin dark or reddish layer on your jewels. This does not mean your jewels are not 'real' gold / silver.

To remove this layer of tarnish, keep your jewels clean and use our polishing cloth included in every order. This cloth is impregnated with an anti-tarnishing agent which will remove those marks and restore your jewels back to their original colour. For more tips, please refer to our Jewellery Care Guide.

Unfortunately we don't make custom orders.

We offer a 6 month warranty on damage caused by manufacturing faults only. Items that fall within this period will be repaired or replaced at no extra cost.

Any accidental breakage or damage through wear and tear by the customer is not covered under this warranty. However, your piece may be repaired or replaced for a fee, and each piece is assessed on a case by case basis.

Please note that our jewellery is delicate in nature and although quality materials are used, they are still susceptible to damage. To avoid accidental damage or breakage, please follow our comprehensive care instructions.
