Domestic Shipping: Free shipping Australia wide on orders over $50 AUD. Otherwise, $8 AUD for Standard, $10 AUD for Express. (more details)
International Shipping: Free shipping on orders over $100 AUD. $12 AUD flat rate otherwise. (more details)
Orders within Australia can take from 2-6 business days for standard shipping or 1-3 business days for express shipping. Please refer to our domestic shipping policy for more details.
International orders can take from 3 - 14 business days depending on your location. Please refer to our international shipping policy for more details.
For orders within Australia we use Australia Post. For international orders we use DHL, once packages arrive in country, they are generally passed onto a local carrier.
Orders within Australia: You should receive tracking emails from Australia Post.
International orders: You should receive tracking emails from DHL.
These emails may take up to 24 hours from when your shipping confirmation is received to appear in your inbox. However, they may end up in your spam folder. If you're unable to locate your shipping notification emails in your spam folder or emails, please let us know at: email@example.com
We will happily accept any change of mind returns for a full refund of the purchase price paid, if they meet the following conditions:
- Items are in unworn and unused condition
- You notify us within 14 days of receiving your order
- Items are not earrings, ear cuffs or bought marked down on sale.
Please note: If shipping was paid on your original order, this amount will not be refunded. The customer is responsible for paying return shipping costs but may be eligible for reimbursement from PayPal under their Refunded Returns Program.
Unfortunately, all return shipping costs must be paid by the customer.
However, if you paid with PayPal you may be eligible to have your return shipping costs reimbursed by them under their Refunded Returns Program.
In some cases we may be able to process exchanges if there is stock availability.
Alternatively, you can place a new order for the item/s you would like and return any unwanted item/s.
Unfortunately we are unable to accept returns for earrings and ear cuffs for hygiene reasons, unless the products are faulty.
Just send us an email (firstname.lastname@example.org) within 14 days of receiving your order stating:
- Order number
- Product you'd like to return
- And the reason for return
And we'll give further instructions on how to complete your return.
We offer free gift wrapping and the option to include a gift message. Just tick the box on the cart page before checking out.

Fine jewellery is a delicate product, and although more durable than costume jewellery, still requires proper care.
If your Sit & Wonder jewels are damaged or broken, we may be able to repair it for you for a fee. If it appears to be a manufacturing fault, then we will repair or replace it for free. Please send us an email with pictures and a small explanation of the issue, and we will be in touch with your options.
