Shipping, extended returns & warranty

Shipping: For in stock items. orders are usually processed within 1-2 business days.Over the holiday period we will do our best to ensure orders are dispatched expeditiously.Made-to-order pieces: Please check processing times in the product listing.Extended returns: Orders placed in December will have until the 15th January to request returns/exchanges. Please note: We do not accept change of mind returns or exchanges on pierced earrings and personalised / made-to-order pieces. This will be clearly stated in the product listing.Warranty: All of our pieces have a 6 month manufacturing warranty. This warranty covers manufacturing faults only and not damage through general wear and tear.

All orders are packed in our premium sustainable white gift boxes, along with a complimentary polishing cloth.By default, we will combine multiple pieces of jewellery into one gift box if it fits.If you are ordering gifts for different people and require us to pack your items in separate boxes, please state this clearly in the 'order notes' at checkout.You also have the option to include a hand-written gift note at checkout (complimentary).Please note: In line with our sustainability initiatives we aim to reduce waste and packaging. Therefore, we do not include paper receipts/tax invoices in the parcel and no ribbons or additional wrapping paper are used.
