Important Dates

  • 19 January 2026: Last orders accepted until 9am AEDT.

 

After 19 January our online store will be closed, but our customer enquiry channels will remain open until 16 February 2026.

 

  • 5 February 2026: Last day to request returns or exchanges.

 

  • 12 February 2026: Returns must be received by us by this date.

 

  • 16 February 2026: Officially closed for 2026. All customer enquiry channels will be closed.

Goodbye for now, but not forever!

SIT & WONDER has long been my passion project, my baby, my obsession, since I launched in 2016. It has been an incredible journey connecting on a personal level with so many of you and being able to play a small part in your stories through our jewels.

So I wanted to share something personal about me. I will be expecting a baby in March 2026 - and with the business being a small, family run operation - I've made the decision to close temporarily while I take my maternity leave and transition into this new role in my life.

Thank you from the bottom of my heart for your support and understanding during this pivotal time. We fully intend on relaunching SIT & WONDER in 2027, and also honouring warranties and repairs during this period, so rest assured we will be back!

We don't have an exact date yet, but it will be sometime in 2027. We may re-open earlier to accept some repair requests, so please sign up for any updates here.

No, unfortunately our online store will be closed and we will not be accepting any orders after the 19th January 2026.

If your store credit or gift card expires during this closure period, you may get in touch with us when we re-open and we will happily extend it for you.

Repairs and Warranties

Please hang onto your piece and get in touch with us when we re-open. We promise to honour any warranty claims during the closure period.

When we re-open there may be a change in our product range. Any items that are no longer available for replacement will be eligible for a repair or a store credit instead.

You may choose to use your own jewellery repairer while we're closed, but please note that any work done by other repairers won't be covered under our warranty.
