Graphics & Content Co-ordinator

Basis: Contractor / Freelancer

Location: Flexible

Job description:

We are looking for talented and creative content creators to produce images and video assets to be used across the following channels: Website, eDM, Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest and any other marketing collateral.

  • Creation of photo and video content from conceptualisation to execution
  • Work on both campaign and flat-lay imagery
  • Ensure all content adheres to Sit & Wonder's brand aesthetic
  • Edit all content in the appropriate formats for usage across different platforms

Requirements:

  • Experience in creating jewellery content
  • Consistent in creative direction and output
  • Ability to work collaboratively with the team
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to follow direction and execute autonomously
  • Graphic design / photo editing experience
  • Must have previous examples of jewellery related work, portfolio and/or links to social media or blogs that showcase your work. Please include these along with your CV and cover letter when applying.

 

E-Commerce Support & Product Assistant

Basis: Part-time

Location: In our studio in Crows Nest, NSW

Job description:

This role will be responsible for 4 key areas -

1. Timely and accurate fulfilment of orders

2. Ensuring product quality and managing inventory - basic training with jewellery care, repair and jewellery making will be provided

3. Customer service - responding to customer enquiries, providing style advice, processing exchanges/returns etc...

4. General admin support

Requirements:

  • Experience in customer service or a retail support role
  • Strong eye for detail and quality control
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • A willingness to learn, continually improve and to operate efficiently
  • Be empathetic and understanding to customers
  • Experience with any of the following will be highly favourable: Shopify, Sortly, Xero, Inventory Management, Jewellery Making
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel Suite: Word, Outlook, Excel, Powerpoint
  • Passion for jewellery and e-commerce
  • Values working in a small business environment
