How much is shipping internationally?
Shipping is FREE on all international orders over $100 AUD or $12 AUD flat rate applies otherwise. For more details on estimated shipping times please refer to our shipping policy.
Please note that you may be subject to customs and duties charges when your parcel arrives in your country. You will be contacted directly by your customs agency to settle these charges.
How much is shipping to Australia?
Domestic shipping is free for all orders above $50 AUD. If your order is below $50 AUD you will be charged a flat rate of $8 AUD Australia wide for standard delivery. You can also purchase express delivery for a flat rate of $13 AUD.
How do I track my order?
When your order is dispatched you will receive an email with a tracking link to track your order. If you can’t find your tracking email and it is not in your spam folder, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
When will my parcel arrive?
Once your order has been dispatched you will receive an email notifying you as well as a tracking email. For orders within Australia, standard delivery can take from 2-6 business days after it has been dispatched. Express orders will usually arrive within 1-2 business days (depending on your location). For a more accurate estimate based on your location, please refer to our shipping policy, here.
Delivery estimates for International orders will vary by location, you can view estimated delivery times here.
What countries do you ship to?
We are based in Australia and to all countries excluding North Korea, Syria, Yemen, Iran and Ukraine.
Who pays for return shipping?
You are responsible for return shipping costs back to Sydney, Australia.
Can I exchange an item?
If you would like to make an exchange, please return the item you no longer require. Once received we will issue you a credit note for the value of your returned item and you can place a new order on the website. If items are defective or damaged they will be replaced at our cost. Please email us at email@example.com to initiate the process.
How do I return my order?
If you would like to return your order for any reason please contact us to let us know. You will have 14 days to send your order back to us for a full refund of the purchase price (excludes delivery charges where applicable).
Once we have received your order and processed the refund you will receive an email from us to let you know. Please note it may take a few days for the refund to clear with your bank.
Return shipping costs will be paid by the customer unless the item is faulty.
At this time we cannot accept returns for items on sale or subject to promotions unless they are faulty.
Please note: Due to hygiene reasons we are unable to accept returns on earrings unless faulty.
Do you do gift wrapping?
Yes! If you would like to deliver your parcel as a gift, please check the box at checkout.
If you would also like to include a gift message you can include it in the ‘Gift message’ box at checkout.
We will ensure that no invoice is included in the package. 🙂
Do you offer gift cards?
Yes! We offer both E-gift cards and Physical Gift Cards for purchase. E-Gift Cards are delivered via email to the nominated recipient along with your gift message. Physical Gift Cards are sent via mail to your nominated recipient/address. You can also have your physical gift cards delivered via email, just select the option at checkout.
How do I shop now and pay later?
You can shop now and pay later if you checkout with Afterpay or zipPay
If you’re an Australian resident and at least 18 years of age you can shop with Afterpay or zipPay. For more information on how it works, click here.
What currency are your prices displayed in?
Our prices will be displayed and charged in your local currency or you can select your currency in the drop down at the top of the page. If your local currency is not listed, prices will default to Australian Dollars (AUD).
What are your payment options?
We accept payments by Paypal and all major credit and debit cards via secure checkout on our website. We also offer zipPay and Afterpay, which allow you to make a purchase now but pay for it over time.
Do you make custom pieces?
No – unfortunately we do not make any custom pieces. However, we love hearing your feedback on our designs or what you would love to see more of so feel free to get in touch with us at any time.
Do you take orders over the phone?
No – unfortunately we only process overs via our website. Please be assured that our website is 100% safe and secure with SSL encryption.
